Behind the project are Tino Juncosa and Paco Eslava, hospitality and leisure entrepreneurs with strong roots in the Costa Dorada. Alongside them is Oriol Martí, our manager and the heart of the team, leading this dream that has made La Sardineta a must-visit in the area.
In Tarragona, you’ll find four distinct seafront spaces where you can enjoy rice dishes, fresh seafood, and cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere with live music. In Salou, the experience unfolds in a stunning setting above the cliffs, where the sea feels more powerful, and the sunset transforms everything.
