La Sardineta is a leading restaurant on the entire Catalan coast, located in a privileged spot on Playa Larga in Tarragona. Our gastronomic offer is based especially on Km 0 and home-grown products, thus maintaining the balance of the environment and allowing fresh and quality dishes to be brought to the table of our diners.

With this objective, Tino Juncosa and Paco Eslava, two businessmen from the leisure and restaurant sector of Cambrils, in Tarragona, made this place possible where the love for cooking and the premium selection of products have made La Sardineta a A must see place on the Costa Dorada.

Tino Juncosa is a restaurant entrepreneur from Cambrils, in Tarragona, and has been in front of the kitchen since childhood. He knows, like the back of his hand, where the best quality products of the genre in the province are found, and he is the one who makes it possible for us to have a 0 km kitchen.

Paco Eslava is a leisure entrepreneur from Salou, in Tarragona, who, thanks to his business and administrative vision, has made the entire structure of our restaurant possible and has been the one who has known how to make it a complete success.

Finally, there is Oriol Martí, our manager. Oriol started in La Sardineta running the cocktail bar for his company Nómadas & Cóctel. Immediately he took over the reins of the restaurant’s operation and is the one who leads the team that runs our restaurant every day, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, supervising the work of the team and attending to the comments and suggestions of our clients.

We are a team that works every day to provide the best gastronomic experience in Playa Larga, with a seafood menu and local rice dishes, as well as a wide variety of cocktails and appetizers that can be enjoyed in our four spaces, which are :

• The Neptune Room

This is the highest dining room in the restaurant, it has a relaxed atmosphere and is designed for groups.

• El Chill Out & Lounge Zone

Our relaxation area! In this space we organize Live Music on Saturdays, and it is the ideal space to enjoy appetizers before eating or a good cocktail in the moonlight.

• The looker

On this terrace you can enjoy the best experience facing the sea and under the sun. The best thing about this space is that it is suitable for dogs.

• The Mermaid Room

This dining room is covered at the top and, like the other areas, it has an incredible view of the beach.
